The
Group Health Ice Arena will return to the Bellevue Downtown Park on November
28, 2008! This year the ice arena will host special themed events, such as
Seattle Thunderbird and Cool Bird appearances, family skating, private parties
and other exciting attractions for skaters and spectators alike.The ice arena features a partial open-air rink (the only one in the Seattle area) – a portion is still covered for those rainy Pacific Northwest days – and a heated tent so spectators can watch while keeping warm!
The ice rink is open daily, November 28 through TBD. STAR 101.5, Seattle Thunderbirds, regional mascots and skating clubs are all scheduled to make an appearance throughout the season! Admission is $9, includes skate rentals. Credit cards are accepted.
