Private Parties & Group Rates

The Group Health Ice Arena is the perfect venue for get togethers whether it’s an office party, families, your child’s birthday party or a youth group soiree! The partially open-air ice arena allows you to skate in crisp, fresh air while offering protection if it’s raining. There is an adjacent heated tent as well so everyone has a place to gather while taking a break from the ice! We hope you consider this once-a-year attraction for your special occasion.

Group rates are available November 26 through December 13 (Monday through Thursday only). To schedule a private party, please call 425.453.3111, a minimum of 3 business days in advance. All parties must be booked by Thursday, December 13.

Ice Arena Private Parties

• Exclusive use of ice arena and heated tent;
• Must be scheduled before or after public hours;
• $250 rental fee per hour; ½ hour increments can also be booked on top of the first hour; fee is due upon registration;
• If a party is cancelled less then three business days in advance, the fee is non-refundable;
• All private parties must sign a waiver;
• $3 skate rental per person is due at event, personal ice skates are allowed;
• Registration required; call 425.453.3111 or email for available dates and hours;
• Clean-up: each group is responsible for cleaning up after themselves; trash cans are provided;
• Caterers are allowed; and
• Alcohol is not allowed in the Group Health Ice Arena.

Group Rates

• Available November 26 through December 13 (Monday – Thursday only)
• All group members must be present to receive the discount
• Groups of 20 – 30: $1 off regular admission ($5 admission/$3 skate rental)
• Groups of 31 – 50: $2 off regular admission ($4 admission/$3 skate rental)
• Groups of 51 & up: $3 off regular admission ($3 admission/$3 skate rental)

All skaters are admitted on a first come, first served basis. If the arena is at maximum capacity, groups may have to wait. We highly encourage you to call to reserve a space if you have a group party. Payment is due at the door.
